Krois, Contracting Officer, (206) 553-9738 Subject to funding limitations, RFP's will be issued for operation of the Long Beach Job Corps Center California, and San Francisco Job Corps Center California, during the period July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997. Job Corps is a residential training program for economically disadvantaged youth, between ages of 16-24. Contractor will manage and operate a Government-owned facility and hire staff for residential living, basic education, vocational training, and provision of health services in accordance with applicable DOL/Job Corps regulations, and policy handbooks. Issuance of CBD Notices will be followed by pre-proposal conferences and walk-throughs. Affirmative responses to notices, via a written request to the Contracting Officer, will be sent a copy of the solicitation, 15 days after publication of the Notice. (206)
