R -- DIGITAL MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SOL IFB 630-5-97 DUE 091296 POC Cynthia Mc Clarin This Medical Center has a requirement for Digital Medical Transcription services using Lanier Voicewriter 4800 equipment. Period of service 10/01/96 to 9/30/97, plus two option years. Transcription will consist of Operation Reports, Discharge Summaries, Surgical Consultations, Compensation & Pension and Radiology Reports for an estimated 25,000 reports annually. All reports will be transcribed within 4 to 24 hours of dictation, checked, corrected and returned, via modem, directly to medical center DHCP. Responsible parties with established hospital experience may request a solicitation package in writing only. Each written request must be accompanied by a non-refundable administrative fee, in the amount of $25.00, certified check or money order, payable to Department of Veterans Affairs.
