is seeking information on a Records Inventory and Scheduling System to
meet legal and regulatory requirements. The schedules will be based on
a records inventory/analysis and include interviews and survey
instruments with pertinent office personnel regarding current records
activities. The Bureau of Prisons is growing and presently consists of
some 88 institutions, six regional offices, and a Central Office in
Washington D.C., comprised of nine divisions. Vendors are invited to
submit (in addition to standard sales brochures) information
containing: 1) operational specifications, 2) performance
specifications, 3) pricing, or 4) any other informational documentation
pertinent for this requirement. The information received may assist the
Bureau of Prisons in determining specific requirements for a standard.

Systems are available from the Bureau of Prisons. Information should be
