W -- LEASE OF MODULAR OFFICES SOL CBD&&&-9607-0001 POC Randy Brown, Contract Specialist, 601 634-4119 (Site Code DACW39) The USAE Waterways Experiment Station (WES) proposes to award a modification to extend the contract period by 24 months to Contract No. DACW39-93-C-0048 with Hamre Associates, Ballentine, SC. The contract is for the lease of modular offices. WES is presently constructing an addition to Information Technology Laboratory that will house the approximately 60 personnel currently located in the modular offices. Due to the critical nature of the research being performed and the negative impact of relocating the personnel into another temporary location, Hamre Associates is the only known source that could provide the modular offices without any disruption to the ongoing work on a short term basis.
