INSTALLING TRUCK SCALES, BUILDING 319 SOL N62467-96-Q-7192. Due 091796.

secure all labor, material, equipment, effort and supervision to
install a 100,000 pound capacity pitless design truck weighing scale,
completely automated, impervious to weather and humidity, consisting of
state of the art digital technology design and construction with
lightning protection at Building 319, Naval Construction Battalion
Center, Gulfport MS. The work includes, but is not limited to the
following: Site work including excavations, forming for concrete work,
pouring and finishing concrete, excavating for and laying conduit runs
required for electrical cables, installing scale modules/sections and
filling with concrete if required, installing signals, card readers,
computer terminals, printers and interconnecting wiring, connecting
system components into a functional system, programming, calibrating,
adjusting and verifying system function and operation according to the
requirements of the contract specifications. Copies of specifications
will be available on or before 16 August 1996. This acquisition is
unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall
be considered. Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost is between $50,000.00
and $100,000.00. Contract completion time is 60 days after award. A
site visit is recommended, but not required and will be held on 28
August 1996, 9:00 am, CT. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)
Code for this project is 1629, size standard $17M. Closing date for
