Demolition of an existing 700 SF loading dock and installation of a new covered 1,100 SF mail platform. Demolition of an existing entrance canopy and entrance. Installation of a new front canopy. Installation of a new 3,600 SF covered carrier loading platform and ramp. Painting three sides of the exterior of the building. Removal and replacement of all asphalt paving on the site. Miscellaneous site improvements to include signage, retaining walls, fencing, landscaping, traffic control islands, lighting, minor regrading at mail platform, and upgrading of the stormwater system. All selective demolition, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work required to support and complete the general construction work described, including a retail store, workroom.
