Provide complete demolition of the interior space to include electrical, plumbing, mechnical, ceilings, interior partitions, floor coverings, and wall coverings. Remodel the fire sprinkler system as required, and the removal of two to three interior columns to accommodate the new space plan. Provide for new building interior to include new evaporative cooling, new heating water system distribution, new electrical system, new fire alarm system, new telephone wiring, new data wiring, new padmount transformer, new pluming, new ceiling, new light weight concret for floor leveling, new interior wall treatment, and new exterior stair. New rooms to be created include restrooms, lounges, readiness team work area, breakroom, offices, corridors, conference room, storage room, reception area, library and research room.
