Work includes removal of existing walls, ceilings and finishes, including plaster, ceramic tile, gypsum wall board, acoustical tile and floor coverings; removal of existing plumbing fixtures, piping, mechanical systems and duct work; removal of existing electrical fixtures and wiring and other miscellaneous minor demolition work. Construction of new walls, ceilings and finishes including plaster, gypsum wall board, ceramic tile, floor coverings, acoustical ceilings and painting; installation of new windows, doors and frames, plumbing fixtures and piping and installation of mechanical and ventilation systems, duct work, electrical wiring, new fire alarm system and other miscellaneous work. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted.
