The work includes, but is not limited to the following: roofing repairs and replacements consisting of new builtup roofs, repairs to existing builtup roofs, new shingle roofs, repairs to shingle roof, installing and renewing sealants and caulking, replacing and repairing selvage edge roll roofing, repairing and installing gutters and downspouts, replacing and installing roof decking and insulation, repairing and renewing flashings and other associated work including rough carpentry and incidental related work as shown on the schedule of indefinite quantity delivery items and indicated by delivery orders for various locations.
