The work consists of modifications to an existing storage building which includes electrical work, overhead door and personnel passage door installations, and the placement of a concrete slab overlay. Additional work consists of the rehabilitation of a gravel parking lot and gravel access road, along with the replacement of an existing concrete boat ramp, and the installation of a new wood floating dock. Estimated construction cost of the entire project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is an unrestricted procurement and will be open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specs for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a August 9, 1996.
