Provide all services, labor, materials and equipment to replace HVAC Duct, Building 83 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing fiberglass ductwork and replacing with new metal ductwork, duct chase and ceiling removal and replacement, painting, sprinkler line relocation and related work. The Government estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. The standard classification code is 1711, Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. Solicitation will be issued on or before August 10, 1996. Bid opening is scheduled for September 10, 1996 at 2:00 p.m., local time. A site visit has been scheduled on August 20, 1996, 9:00 a.m., local time. A $100 deposit for each solicitation package is required.
