The Virginia Air National Guard anticipates a requirement for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for bases located in Sandston, Virginia; Virginia Beach, Virginia and the Alert Facility at Langley, Virginia. Projects will consist of multiple discipline multi-year maintenance, repair and minor construction. Delivery orders shall be based on individual projects and may be issued over a one year period from date of award with four (4) one-year options. Individual orders will not exceed $300,000; maximum allowable costs under the contract is $5,000,000. The minimum guaranteed value of this contract is $5,000. It is anticipated that two-step bidding procedures will be used to solicit for this requirement. This IS NOT a Request for Technical Proposals. A solicitation package is NOT available at this time. This procurement is unrestricted.
