Rowland, 315-476-7461, ext 3599 Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to renovate the entire wing of 4 west to consolidate services that perform procedures on an outpatient basis. These functions include a conscious sedation area, IV chemotherapy, dialysis, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, urodynamics, general procedure, and ENT procedure areas. Support functions such as reception/waiting, clean and dirty utility, patient dressing areas and toilets, storage and consultation areas are also included. Work includes but is not limited to architectural work, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Asbestos removal to be done by separate project. Attendance at pre bid site visit tentatively scheduled for August 20, 1996 at 10:00 am is considered essential. Written or faxed (315-477-4509) requests only will be accepted for bidding materials.
