CONSTRUCTION: The Government intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Seldin Company, Omaha, NE, to expand the Emergency Management Center at the Missouri River Division Headquarters, Omaha, NE. Under terms of the lease between General Services Administration and Seldin Company, the owner of the building used by Missouri River Division, only Seldin Company may provide construction services that alter or modify their building. Furthermore, Seldin Company has sole possession of the as-built drawings of the building. This work shall be accomplished within the authority granted to MRD by GSA. Estimated construction cost between $25,000 and $100,000. No solicitation will be available to the public. (0208)
