Kemper 202/482-1512. The NATO Air Command and Control System Management
Agency invites qualified U.S. firms to compete on the basis of NATO
international competitive bidding for the development, validation and
implementation of the initial level of capability for the air command
and control system referred to as ACCS LOC1. The ACCS Programme will
provide NATO with integrated, automated tasking, battle management and
task execution capability to support air operations. ACCS will provide
a centralized command and a decentralized execution capability, through
a combination of an in place static backbone and a Deployable ACCS
Component (DAC). The ACCS LOC1 acquisition will also include options
for replication at sites in Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy,
the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Turkey. The IFB will include NATO
classified information, therefore, all interested firms must have NATO
Confidential clearance. All applicants must be certified to compete in
NATO ICB by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of
