89 -- BEVERAGE DISPENSING SYSTEM Sol RFP229-0065 Due 091796 POC Gil Sveum, Supervisory Contract Specialist, (609) 453-4027 The Federal Correctional Institution, in Fairton, New Jersey, is soliciting for a Juice/Coffee Dispensing System for the food service operation in the Institution. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery (requirements) type contract resulting from this solicitation. Method of transportation will be F.O.B. destination. This acquisition shall be a small business set-aside. The equipment for this system will be provided by the contactor which will supply automatically mixed sweetened juice and coffee for consumption. At a minimum the following dispensing units are required to be provided: 3 dispensing units with 4 dispensing heads per unit for juice, 1 dispensing unit with 1 dispensing head for juice, and 1 dispensing unit with 2 dispensing heads with the ability to dispense coffee. This dispensing system will be non-refrigerated, operated without CO2 tanks, utilizing a pump and electric motor. Estimated product requirements for the one year period is as follows: 360 five gallon bag in box non artifically sweetened fruit drinks with an 8:1 concentration in each of the five flavors; 360 three gallon bag in box apple juice base containing no less than 35% real juice; 300 cup per day basis of coffee concentrate.
