In support of Headquarters, Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency (HQ AFCESA), the Government intends to award a contract to ISO Commercial Risk Services, Inc., 1385 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80222, for a survey and analysis of structural fire protection capabilities at six (6) USAF bases: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; USAF Academy, CO; Davis-Montham AFB, AZ; Tinker AFB, OK; Travis AFB, CA; and Edwards AFB, CA. The scope of the study is to establish an ISO fire protection system requirement and structural fire suppression capability. Also, the contractor shall provide the Air Force a risk analysis matrix based upon the ISO classification system from which to base future decisions. The ISO classification system is unique and copyrighted. The study and analysis will quantitatively account for such things as the types of facility construction, fire department resources (manpower, equipment, training, etc.) water supply, and alarm/notification systems. The proposed contractor is the only known source that can satisfy the Government's requirement. The value of this project is less than $100,000. This procurement will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. (207)
