B -- GAS PLANT SURVEY SOL 6-3150-0016 1435-02-96-RQ-00011 DUE 082896 POC Contract Specialist, Mary Jo Patrick, (303)275-7373 Conduct a records search and field survey of 125 various sized gas plants located in the U.S. and compile collected data. Data shall only be collected from plants processing produced natural gas. The collected data from each plant (125) shall be entered on a one-page form containing approximately 43 line items. MMS will use the information to evaluate industry requests for extraordinary processing cost allowances. The completed forms are to be delivered to the MMS in Denver, CO at 60-, 120-, and 180-calendar day intervals; with delivery completion 6 months after award. Award of the contract will be to that source whose proposal offers the greatest value to the Government in terms of performance, price and other factors. The anticipated award date is within 30 days from closing date of the RFQ. All responsible sources shall submit a written quotation which will be considered by the MMS.
