C-Architect/Engineer Services, Indefinite Quantity for Mechanical Engineering Services at the Naval Air Station, Brunswick, Maine. b. Projects may include but are not limited to the following: Project No.1-Replace Heating Systems at Building 224, 23 AND 15 at NASB. This solicitation is for one Base Year and one Option Year. Subject to necessary changes, the total annual A/E Fee that may be paid under this contract will not exceed $250,000. Selection criteria: (1) Specialized experience in the type of work required; boilers, controls and HVAC equipment. (2) Professional qualifications of the staff to be assigned to this project; (3) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the work in the time required; (4) Location of the firm in the geographic area; (5) Past experience with respect to DOD Contracts; (6) Cost control effectiveness. c. A/E Firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit completed standard forms 254 (unless already on file) and 255, U.S. Government Architect-Engineer Qualifications to the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Naval Air Station, 200 Alpha Avenue, Brunswick, Maine 04011. Firms responding to this announcement with the submittal of an SF 255 by 24 August 1996 will be considered.
