Description of content: To establish labelling standards for alcoholic beverages (The standards require warning labels on container or packaging such as those that read ``the drinking of alcoholic beverages by minors is prohibited by law'' and ``the drinking of alcoholic beverages is permissible only from the age of twenty''.) 7.
