J -- TO PROVIDE SNOW PLOWING, SNOW REMOVAL, SANDING/SALTING AT PICATINNY ARSENAL, NJ IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND DRAWINGS SOL DAAE30-96-R-1067 DUE 092396 POC Nuzhat Masood, e-mail=nmasood, 201-724-3432; Contracting Officer, John H. Beeman. The contractor shall provide services for snow plowing, snow removal and sanding/salting various roads, driveways, walks, parking lots, and other areas at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey in accordance with the statement of work. This will be an indefinite quantity/delivery order type of contract with a $25,000.00 minimum and $500,000.00 maximum. Period of performance is from November 15, 1996 through 15 May l997, or the expenditure of $500,000.00, whichever shall first occur. A site inspection will be conducted, date to be specified in the solicitation. This proposed procurement is under a 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5 million. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
