Mileage is based on using the main vehicular routes travelled one way to the facility's main entrance. The minimum size of each room is 300 square feet. Services are for the period 01 October 1996 through 31 December 1996 with an option provision for an additional three (3) months period. A requirements type contract is anticipated.
