This solicitation is for equipment rental with operator. The equipment will be used on the Hell's Canyon Roadway Maintenance Project, Ashley National Forest, Duchesene County, Utah. The Forest Service will direct the equipment in loading, hauling road materials and debris, developing and closing borrow sites, trenching, grading, cleaning ditches, reconstruction turnouts, installing culverts, resurfacing portions of the roadway and realigning curves. The work will require the following equipment or an approved equal: 1- 710B John Deere Backhoe; 2- 10 yard dump truck with bed liners; 1- 938 caterpillar frontend loader; 1- D6 caterpillar dozer, 1- 14G caterpillar Grader.
