Description of Work: Repair four roofs; (1) Bldg 34 - add hyperlon coating over existing membrane roofing. (2) Bldg 17 - remove existing shingle and built-up roofing. Add nailbase insulation and new shingle roofing. (3) Bldg 101 - remove existing parapet coping. Add new metal coping, PT blocking, counterflashing, etc. at parapet. Provide cricket at mechanical equipment curb. Add hyperlon coating over existing membrane roofing. (4) North Wharf Admin Bldg: Remove existing built-up roofing, underlayment, insulation, etc. Add new insulation/underlayment over existing deck, and cover with membrane roofing. Provide new crickets, blocking, flashing, etc. as required. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $100,000 to $250,000.
