Description of Work: Replace all gravity sewer mains and lateral services in a 250-unit housing area. Clean approximately 100,000 feet of water mains (6-inch diameter or larger) and replace designated service laterals. Replace existing 300,000-gallon elevated water tank with a 500,000-gallon elevated water tank. Replace sewer and heating pipe support piers. Replace mechanical room equipment in seven dining facilities to include pumps, steam generators, air compressors, heat exchangers, piping, controls, and electrical equipment; abate asbestos containing material. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $50. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
