The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks to award a firm-fixed price contract to erect a pre-engineered metal building at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Beaver, West Virginia. The contractor will provide all materials, supplies, labor, conveyances and equipment associated with erecting the building. The building is approximately 6,100 square feet in size and will be utilized as an inmate activity building within the institution's perimeter. This building must be erected within the manufacures guidelines and procedures. The project will require the installation of the foundation, water and electrical services and relocation of existing post indicator valves and fire department connections. The IFB will be released approximately August 15, 1996, closing approximately September 16, 1996. Estimated project range from $250,000 to $500,000.
