Construction of five (5) offshore mooring clusters, Caven Point Marine Terminal, Jersey City, NJ in accordance with specifications and drawings. Clusters will tie into the existing mooring facility which contains three (3) mooring dolphins owned by the State of New Jersey. Timber piles will be driven from an offshore barge to an approximate elevation of -45 MLW. Test piles and load test report shall be required, prepared under the direct supervision of a registered professional engineer experienced in pile load testing and load test analysis.
