Work includes but is not limited to: Installation of a facility wide low voltage networked fire alarm system, demolition of the existing system, minor general construction (patching and painting) and minor electrical construction (power wiring for the system and conduit installation). Also included is five (5) year guaranty period services. SIC CODE: 1731. Price Range: $500,000 to $1,000,000. Construction must be completed within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued contingent upon the progress of the Telephone System Site Preparation project now under construction. A limited number of bid documents will be made available upon written request. A non-refundable charge in the dollar amount of $100.00 will be required for each set of bidding material requested.
