providing all labor, material, equipment and services to complete the
following work: rehabilitation of one (1) existing passenger elevator
in the office area: rehabilitation of two (2) existing freight
elevators in the workroom area; installation of a wall and ceiling in
the lower passenger elevator machine room to isolate the motor room
from the janitor's room; installation of lighting and exhaust ducting
for the new janitor's room; installation of exhaust fans in the
passenger and freight motor rooms; relocation of a wall and door in the
freight elevator motor room; installation of a new light in the
stairwell of the freight elevator motor room; and, interlock elevator
controls into existing fire alarm system. Offeror must be experienced
in elevator work and primarily engaged in this line for a minimum of
five (5) years and who, in addition, shall have successfully completed
at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope. The estimated
price range is between $350,000.00 and $450,000.00 with completion
within 280 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. A
pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for August 15, 1996, 10:00
a.m., P&DC managers conference room, 560 Huyler Street, South
Hackensack, NJ. Solicitation packages will be available on or about
July 29, 1996 at $35.00 per set, non-refundable, from Atometrics, Inc.,

orders must be made payable to Disbursing Officer, US Postal Service.
