Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all work associated to provide for additional administrative and operators' work space, including storage for materials and support equipment. Unnecessary existing mechanical and electrical equipment shall be removed and new drywall partitions shall be provided to create the desired interior spaces. Mechanical and electrical systems shall be revised to adequately support the renovated areas. The existing latrines shall be upgraded to comply with current codes and life safety requirements, to include compliance with ADA accessibility guidelines (MUHJ 93-0314) at Langley AFB. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC is 1542.
