labor, equipment and material to upgrade the security system at the
Queen Anne Station Post Office, Seattle, Washington, per the terms and
conditions contained in the solicitation. Award will be price-based
except that contractors must meet minimum qualification standards
outlined in the solicitation which include, but are not limited to, the
following - the contractor shall be a licensed and bonded electrical
contractor for the State of Washington. Contractor shall have extensive
experience with the installation and support of fully integrated
security surveillance systems and access control systems, and shall
have been authorized for a minimum of two (2) years by the
manufacturer. Contractor shall have capability to provide 24 hour
service. Estimated range from $1110,000.00 to $135,000.00. There is no
charge for one-copy of the solicitation (limit one per contractor).
Written requests must be mailed to A&D Draft-Aid Inc, Attn: USPS
Solicitation 96-A-0197, 1145 Bannock St, Denver CO 80204-3628. There
will be no public opening. The number of offers received, the identity
of the offerors, the amount of any one offer or relative standing of
the offeror will not be disclosed to anyone until after award of
contract is made and the request is submitted in writing. Offerors are
