Bishop, (717) 948-2360. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to renovate areas within the existing squadron operations facility. The project includes selective demolition of existing walls, ceilings, lighting, wall and floor coverings, electrical wiring, and communications wiring. The project shall also include the construction and installation of custom made counters and work tables. The total building area to be included in this project is approximately 7500 square feet. The construction shall be scheduled to allow continuous operations within the building. The performance period is 75 calendar days. This project is located at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Facility at Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, Pennsylvania. Estimated project range is between $25,000.000 and $100,000.00. Solicitations will be available o/a 19 August 1996. Only one (1) solicitation package will be provided to each individual prime contractor on a first come first serve basis.
