Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all work associated with repairing various deficiencies at the Bethel Manor Housing Poolhouse and the LTA Poolhouse (MUHJ 95-1407) at Langley AFB. The work includes providing new doors and windows, new ceramic tile floors and wainscots, new plumbing fixtures, new ventilation systems, new concrete deck around the wading pool at the LTA pool, and incidental related work as shown on the drawing. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC is 1542. The size standard is $17,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. All firms responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are bidding as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier.
