Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and perform all operations necessary for removal of rubber and paint from the existing runway and repainting of the runway markings. Contractor will only be allowed to operate at night after flying hours and on weekends, from 1800 hours on Friday to 0500 hours on the following Monday at (MUHJ 94-0455) Langley AFB VA. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 SIC Code is 1611. The size standard is $17,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. All firms shall indicate if they are a large, small or small disadvantaged business and whether or not they are women owned.
