The building to be rehabilitated is at a former Air Force Base located in North Truro, Cape Cod National Seashore, Massachusetts. The principal features of the work of this project is the adaptation of a former Air Force base telephone building to a curatorial storage building, including demolition, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The estimated construction range of this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This solicitation is issued pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all size firms. No telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted.
