This proposed contract actions is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition; however, it is restricted to Small Business Set Aside approved sources who have passed Engineering Testing: Aircraft Gear Corp, The Purdy Corp. The time required for approval of new supplies in such that award and delivery cannont be delayed pending approval of a new source.
