The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work consisting of the following; Remove and replace two computer room air conditioning units and associated architectural, mechanical and electrical work. Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination and proper relation of the work. Contractor shall field verify all vertical and horizontal dimensions and advise the Government of any discrepancies prior to proceeding with that phase of the work. The data shall be highlighted to show model, size, options, etc., that are intended for consideration. Data shall be adequate to demonstrate compliance with contract requirements for the Computer Room Air Conditioning Units, Air Supply, Distribution, Ventilation and Exhaust Equipment. Computer Air Conditioning Units shall be factory-fabricated, total sensible cooling chilled water systems. Units shall automatically monitor and control cooling and filtering functions. Units shall be down-flow air discharge with top return. Units shall have draw-through airflow and provide uniform air distribution over the entire face of the coil. Cabinet Frame shall be made of heavy gauge angle steel or tubular steel.
