Ford Jr., Contracting Officer 208-378-5100 The Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, Washington has a requirement for two water cooled, high pressure, air compressors. These compressors are to replace existing water-cooled, 30-HP, Worthington HB-3 air compressors used for supplying high pressure air to the governor system of the Third Powerhouse generating units. Each compressor system shall be a equal to or better than Rix Compressor model 3KX3-88 with the following specifications; continuous duty, oil-lubricated, package unit, consisting of a high pressure, water-cooled compressor, intercoolers, aftercooler, a prime mover, and v-belt drive.
