Rizzardi Contractor is responsible to provide tools, labor and equipment necessary to provide purified water to dialysis per the following defined requirements: 10 patient stations using 800cc/min. flow each; 1 mechanical repair area using 800cc/min.; 1 reuse machine requiring a maximum of 1.6 GPM flow; Bicarb make-up requiring a maximum of 1.0 GPM flow; purified water in conformance with AAMI and FDA specifications; flow in loop must be a minimum of 5 to 7 FPS velocity. All equipment must be supplied and installed by a supplier having a 510K Class II Medical Device registration number which covers the total system.
