D -- PURCHASE OF COMPUTER OUTPUT MICROFICHE SERVICES SOL GS6KS97BND0002 DUE 091696 POC CONTACT TRACY TRAVIS BY FAX (816)823-3322 General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery commercial item contract for the acquisition of computer output microfiche services. The proposed contract is for labor, materials, plant andequipment to provide computer output microfiche services on Government furnished magnetic tapes or original microfiche. The Government will have the option of submitting either formatted or unformatted computer tapes created in 1600 characters per inch(CPI), Phase Encoded (PE), 6250 CPI/Group Coded Recording (GCR), or cartridge tape to the contractor. The Government will have the option of submitting any media via communication lines (TCP/IP) or other type of communication based on softwareconstraints. The contract will be for a period of one year with two one year option periods, with the contract scheduled to begin October 1, 1996. Based on the best information available, the projected annual contract activity is approximately$148,000. This information is subject to modification and is in no way binding upon the Government.
