J -- CO-OP SERVICE SUPPORT SOL RFP 671-12-97 POC Sandra Farrow, 210-617-5151 The Government intends to negotiate a contract with Picker International for CO-OP service support, to include training, proprietary documentation, diagnostic software, quality assurance reviews, parts coverage (up to $75,000), second response service (up to 150 hours), telephone support, special tools and test equipment for Picker CT, Model PQ5000 and the Picker Ct, Model PQ-CT. Contract period will be from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with option to renew four additional 12 month periods. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response within thirty calendar days of this notice. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. If no affirmative written responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with Picker International.
