accordance with PL 94-437, Title V of the Indian Health Care
Improvement Act, as amended, and FAR Part 6.302-1 and 6.302-5; the
Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to negotiate and award a
cost-reimbursement type contract for the period of October 1, 1996
through September 30, 1997, with an option to extend the contract for
two (2) one-year periods, to Nebraska Urban Indian Health Coalition,
Inc, Lincoln, Nebraska, on a noncompetitive basis. The services are to
be provided to the eligible Urban Indian population residing within
Sioux City, Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska service areas; and alcoholism
treatment services to the eligible Urban Indian population residing
within the Aberdeen Area. Services to be provided include health care
services to include administrative services, limited clinical services
(medical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, medical records, dental and
optometric), outreach and referral services, limited transportation
services, and inpatient/outpatient alcoholism treatment services. When
