This procurement is to acquire Architectural Reviews of Compliance Inspections and Processing Form 1038(a) of 1-4 Family Dwellings for one year with two one-year options to renew. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this solicitation is 8712 and the size standard is $2.5 million. Only bids received from small businesses including individuals, will be considered for this contract. In order for the offeror to be considered responsible the offeror must be a New York State Office approved consultant per the February 6, 1996 (or later), NYSO Single Family Production Branch Consultant list; OR present a 203(k) Private Consultant course completion certificate from CrossLand Mortgage Corporation or Countrywide Mortgage Corporation.
