This procurement is to acquire Architectural Reviews of 203(k) Home Rehabilitation Mortgages of 1-4 Family Dwellings for the New York Office for one year with two one-year options to renew. In order for an offeror to be responsible an offeror must be a New York State Office approved consultant per the February 6, 1996 (or later), NYSO Single Family Production Branch Consultant list; OR present a 203(k) Private Consultant course completion certificate from CrossLand Mortgage Corporation or Countrywide Mortgage Corporation. Refer to Mortgagee Letter 95-40 (available by calling 1-800-767-7468) for guidelines on becoming a 203(k) consultant.
