Information on this procurement will be listed in Current Procurements, under the title ''Survey Design and Statistical Support for OPPT's Chemical Management Division, RFP #W601295B2.'' The purpose of this solicitation is to provide survey design and statistical analysis support for a wide range of OPPT programs. This capability is needed to identify long and short term program objectives, develop well-formulated data collection programs, provide the means to track progress made toward meeting stated program objectives, and to conduct those statistical, technical and scientific studies that will provide for technically feasible, fiscally affordable and effective solutions. TSCA and FIFRA CBI clearance will be required. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period, beginning on or about 28 Nov 96, with four 12-month options. Base level of effort per year is 6,000 hours with up to 6,000 optional hours for an estimated total of 12,000 hours per year. It is anticipated that the type of contract will be cost-plus-fixed-fee.
