The Maritime Surveillance Aircraft (MSA) Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for engineering and technical support in the development, implementation, and integration of improvements to various weapons systems in configuration and data management, systems development and library operations. The requirement will provide support to the Weapons Systems Programs in the MSA Department which includes computer facilities, and engineering support in areas of specification, performance requirements, design analysis and assessment, deliverables evaluation, development management and evaluation support, and simulation/stimulation/test software development support. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with provisions for cost plus fixed fee orders will be awarded for one base year and four 1-year options. This prospective contract has been identified for 8(a) contracting under the authority of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. 637 (a) Section 8(a).
