S -- WINTERIZING AND ACTIVATION OF THREE (3) SWIMMING POOLS AND MISCELLANEOUS WORK AT THE NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD, PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA 23709-5000 Sol. N00187-95-B-8737. Due 091996. The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to service facilities as described herein to winterize and activate three (3) swimming pools and perform indefinite quantity work items of maintenance, repair, and minor construction at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. Work to be accomplished by means of a Combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about August 20, 1996.
