Create educational, informative and entertaining interpretive exhibits, computer interactives for individuals and small groups coming for recreational entertainment and to gain knowledge about the projects; school classes and other groups with educational interest; and visitors stopping to use restroom facilities or to conduct business with Project Staff. The contractor shall present themes and story elements for the interpretive exhibits based upon the Guiding Principle, Goal, and Objectives developed by the Raystown Lake Interpretive Team. Enhance public understanding of the purposes and benefits of Raystown Lake to the local community and beyond. Using the concept of recreational learning, exhibits shold provoke visitor interest and relate to their everyday lives. Enhance public understanding of the programs administered by the Corps of Engineers. For example, through interaction, allow the user to understand the operations of the Raystown Dam to include exercising value judgements and setting priorities concerning flood control, recreation, hydro-power and low flow augmentation.
