Y -- STORM WATER RUNOFF IMPROVEMENTS, C-17 SHORTFIELD ASSAULT, ALTUS AFB, OK SOL DACA56-96-B-0059 DUE 091296 POC Chief, Contracting Division, 918/669-7275 This project will provide for improved drainage for the C-17 Shortfield Assault Strip/Parallel Runway by constructing four detention sites around the runway to provide additional surface storage for runoff. Construction will consist of excavation and grading, drainage structures, and hydromulching/sodding. Estimated cost range of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $20.00 (half size) and 35.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications. Make check payable to F&A Officer, USAED, Tulsa and mail to the attention of Contracting Division. Payment must be received prior to issuance of plans and specifications.
