Z -- REPAIR TOE DRAIN AND RELINE TOE DRAIN OUTFALL PIPE, LAKE TEXOMA (DENISON DAM), OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS SOL DACW56-96-B-0061 DUE 091796 POC Chief, Contracting Division, 918/669-7275 This work involves two specific tasks. The first task consists of the repair of several damaged spots along a 160-foot length of 12-inch in-place slotted PVC pipe by the installation of sections of cured-in-place pipe and the filling of the annular space behind the sections with sand slurry. Inspection by video camera will be required after the repair is complete. Access to the pipe will be through existing manholes from 35 to 66 feet deep. Dewatering the manholes will be required. The work will involve confined entry requirements. The second task consists of excavation down to an existing outfall pipe, installation of approximately 160 feet of new 30-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP), pulling government furnished 24-inch polyethylene pipe into the CMP, grouting the annular space between the two pipes, and regrading and turfing the disturbed area. Dewatering of the excavation area will be required. Estimated cost range of this project is $100,000 to $250,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $10.00 (folio drawings) is required for each set of specifications.
